Litigation Support Veteran Tim Nalley Joins Document Technologies, Inc.

ATLANTA – January 28, 2010 – Document Technologies, Inc. (DTI), the nation’s largest independent provider of legal support services and document outsourcing, announced today Tim Nalley has joined the company as its newest project manager. As a member of DTI’s expanding electronic discovery project management team, Nalley works directly with clients as well as DTI’s technology experts and operations staff to develop and deliver customized solutions for complex e-discovery projects.

Through its National Technology Center in Atlanta, Regional Technology Centers in key markets and in local facilities across the U.S., DTI provides an extensive suite of solutions integrating professional services and current technologies to meet today’s demanding e-discovery needs. DTI’s end-to-end services include data preservation and acquisition, early case assessment, e-discovery processing, best-of-breed review tools and paper-based discovery services.

Mr. Nalley joins DTI after serving most recently as electronic data discovery manager at CRG, Counselor Resource, and previously as creator-director of electronic data discovery at Sequential, Inc., both in Washington, D.C. His litigation support and computer forensics background was also gained at positions with Merrill Corporation, CXA and IPRO Tech, Inc. Nalley also brings to DTI several years of technical and project management experience. He began his career in the legal industry working more than four years as a paralegal with the firm Wolpoff and Abramson in Bethesda, MD.

Mr. Nalley’s technical expertise has been leveraged in several high-profile legal matters in recent years, including by the White House during the confirmation of Chief Justice John Roberts, by the NSA, FBI and CIA (USA v Zacarias Moussaoui), and by Disney, Inc., Lear Jet Inc., NYPD and NYPD’s PEDO Task Force.
