ATLANTA – September 16, 2009 - Document Technologies, Inc. (DTI), the nation’s largest independent provider of litigation support services and document outsourcing, announced today the expansion of the company’s e-discovery Forensics Consulting services offering. DTI’s forensic/data acquisition business has doubled in 2009; and to accommodate this growth three additional DTI professional service consultants recently achieved Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) status by completing the coursework, written exam, and practical application requirements necessary for certification. Frank Nastro, based in New York; Travis Hickenbottom, based in Richmond, VA; and Jeff Hardisty, based in Boston, have all achieved their CCE certificate.

The market for forensics services among corporate legal departments and law firms has rapidly increased in recent years, a result of the creation and retention of almost unlimited amounts of information. Regardless of the size, scope or complexity of any legal or regulatory matter today, a methodical and defensible approach to collecting and forensically analyzing data is critical.

As a recognized leader in forensics consulting and data acquisition, more corporations and law firms are choosing DTI to support their discovery needs. With local facilities in more than 20 major markets across the U.S. and an impressive team of industry veterans on staff, DTI is uniquely positioned to deliver responsive and cost-effective service unmatched by competitors.

DTI’s growing team of CCEs are experts at proper evidence handling procedures and follow strict protocols throughout the data acquisition process to ensure uncompromised quality and defensibility of process.
