DTI regularly recognizes our FM Service Specialists, Litigation Service Specialists, Supervisors, Managers and others with our customer service awards each quarter called Dare to Inspire.

The Dare to Inspire Awards are given quarterly and fall into one of the following four categories: 

• "Got The Job Done"
• "Above and Beyond"
• "Work Friendly"
• "Team Award"

The award winners can be nominated by co-workers, peers, management, senior management, and clients. They are then voted on by a committee made up of 20 people that represent a cross-section of the organization.
